It is my first time here and I do not have an account, what do I do?

No worries, simply click here for detailed instructions on how to navigate the website, order services for your loved ones and create an account

Do I need to schedule an appointment at your salons?

No. Our salons are walk-in based and do not utilize appointment scheduling.

What are your operating hours?

We are open from Tuesday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept PayPal and any payments options they offer.

If I subscribe to services, how do I cancel my subscription?

Canceling a subscription is easy. Simply login to your account and select ‘subscriptions’ from your account page. There you can cancel or modify any active subscriptions.

I sometimes forget to order services, can I pre-fund an account for my loved one?

Of course. Simply login and go to your account page. There you will see an option to ‘Add/Check Account Funds’. After entering an amount to add, simply go to your cart and checkout from there. When your loved one needs a service, funds will be drawn form your pre-funded account.

If my loved one no longer requires services, but I have funds in my account, can I get a refund?

Yes. In the event that your loved one no longer requires the salons services, please go to the contact page to discuss and arrange for a refund.

Do You Offer Services For All Hair Types And Textures?

Our highly skilled Salon Professionals are trained in styling diverse hair types and textures.

Whether your hair is fine and straight, thick and wavy, or tightly curled with kinks and coils, we have experienced Stylists that specialize in providing services tailored to your unique needs and preferences.

Will I be notified whenever a loved one receives a salon service?

Yes. Upond completion of any service for your loved one, an email will be dispatched to the email on file used for account creation.

What if I order a service and would like to exchange that for a different service?

Not a problem. Simply call the salon to cancel your service and you, or a salon technican can place your order for your alternate service.

I lost my password? How can I reset it?

Easy. Simply go to the ‘Account’ page and select the link that says ‘Lost my password’ to reset it.

How Experienced Are Your Stylists?

Our team of Stylists brings extensive experience and expertise in advanced cuts, intricate color techniques, texture handling, and more. We understand the ever-evolving nature of our industry, which is why we prioritize continuous learning for our Salon Professionals.

Through ongoing training in foundational skills, advanced techniques, and emerging trends, our Stylists stay ahead of the curve and can provide our valued Guests with the confidence of exceptional style.

What Is A Long Hair Charge?

There may be an additional fee applied to certain services for clients with longer or thicker hair due to the increased time and additional product required by the stylist to accommodate that hair type. Some examples of services that may incur long hair charges include color treatments, perms, blowouts, and styling.

What happens if my hair does not come out the way I like it?

We understand that achieving your desired hair goal may sometimes require minor adjustments along the way.

That’s why we are committed to going the extra mile to ensure you are absolutely satisfied with the outcome.
