Instructions for first-time visitors:

***Please read this entire page prior to proceeding as it contains important information regarding website navigation, ordering services and account management.

If you’re new to our website, please click the ‘ACCOUNT’ button located in the top menu.

On the account page, you’ll find a sentence that says, “If you don’t have an account yet, please begin by selecting senior salon services here.” Simply click the ‘here’ link to start ordering services for your loved ones. Our salon services are available as one-time services or subscription-based services for those who regularly order specific services.

When selecting services, please make sure to tick the correct checkbox above each service’s ‘Add to Cart’ button. You can view your cart at any time by clicking the ‘CART’ button in the top menu or by clicking ‘View cart’ below the ‘Add to Cart’ button for each service.

Once you’re ready to checkout, go to your cart and review your selections. Double-check that you’ve chosen ‘1-time’ or ‘subscription’ options accordingly. Then, proceed to checkout at the bottom of the cart page.

During the checkout process, please complete all the required fields and include your loved one’s information as the designated recipient of the services going forward.

When you’re ready to check out, carefully review your order details and choose a payment method. We currently accept credit card, PayPal, and check payments.

Account services:

Subscriptions: To make managing services easier, we offer a ‘Subscription’ feature. This feature automatically renews your selected services at regular intervals set by you. For example, if your aunt gets her hair cut every other week, you can select the “Women’s Haircut” service on the shop page and choose “every 2 weeks” as the subscription interval on the cart page.

Add Funds: Some account managers prefer to add funds to allow their loved ones to choose the services they desire and when. If you’d like to add funds and don’t have an account set up yet, please click the “ACCOUNT” button in the top menu. Once on the account page, complete the registration section and proceed to the ‘ACCOUNT’ button. Once an account is created, or if you already have an account, simply log in and go to your account page. From there, click the “Account Funds” link where you can add funds to the account. Once you’ve entered the desired amount, proceed to your cart and then checkout.
